The residence permit card fee is a mandatory payment collected by the state for the issuance of the residence permit card during residence permit applications. This fee must be paid before attending the appointment at the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management. For 2025, the residence permit card fee is 810 TL as stated below.
The residence permit card fee is charged to all applicants regardless of their nationality. Therefore, no country or foreign national is exempt from this fee under any circumstances.
