      Basically when you want to buy an apartment in Turkey you must be sure that the apartment that you saw is the apartment that you will buy. Because it is possible for some frauds may try to deceive you when you have the title deed you will realize that it is not the home that you saw. Also sometimes it is possible that you will buy some percentage of the apartment without realizing.

        Title deed is a document that gives you a legal right to have property. With this document you grant your ownership in this property. Title deed must be drafted very carefully and all the description of the it must have clear description of the property.
