Worker’s Compensation 

         Workers’ Compensation is a type of insurance for the employees who are injured in the execution of the employment. So, basically we can describe it as injuries in the workplace. But of course it doesn’t need to be exactly in the workplace, it may also be out of the workplace with the condition of being in the course of employment. 

       Everyday millions of people go to work and encounter with the different risk of being injured. In the good workplaces security measurements are provided so well and employees are well trained that no one gets injured. But some of them don’t care of any measurements and also never give training to their employees about “How to work safely?”, “Which rules they must follow while they are working?”, “Which things are prohibited to do?” etc. Inherently injuries happen in these kind of workplaces. 

        At first employers give some paid annual leave and also cover the health expenses and try to be nice to the employee. But it is not enough for a person who lost his finger or broke his leg or lost his eyes, to have some months off and also not to pay health expenses. There must be definitely a good amount of compensation to cover not today but also future, as the employee loses some ability or being unhealthy for some months. And also it must be such a compensation that employer will not forget and try to correct whatever is wrong with the system at the work place.
